He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Jeurissen and Georgia Rose Jeurissen (Monnens); his stepfather Willis Smith; and his parents-in-law, Donald and Jeanette Van Sloun.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Van Sloun; his children, Selena Kes (Patrick) of Belle Plaine, Zeb Jeurissen (Tina) of Belle Plaine and Cassi Nelson (Troy) of Kerrick, MN; his grandchildren, Adria, Addison, Avery, Carson Kes, Aly, Belle Jeurissen, Chandra and Kylee Nelson; his stepgrandchildren, Emily, Jake and Alex Nelson; his siblings, Jan Wellens (Steve) of Cologne, Bruce Jeurissen (Nancy) of Belle Plaine, Doris Schmieg (Bob) of Victoria, Gail Johnson (Ron) of Chaska, Sandy Worm (Chuck) of Chanhassen and Paul Jeurissen (Penny) of Chaska; and his sisters-in-law, Dale Van Sloun (Nancy) of Chaska and Kathy Kelzer (Paul) of St. Louis Park. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
