We are sad to announce that on September 7, 2018, at the age of 51, Duane Florek (Chaska, Minnesota) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his niece Kristina; and his cousin Troy. He is survived by: his wife Jamie; his sons, Jeff, Rustin and Chase; his parents, David Ann and Jo Ann; his grandchildren, Ava Jo, Trey, Olivia and Natalie; and his sisters, Tina Bromley (Jeff) and Amy Strunk (Jim). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial are preferred.
