He was predeceased by: his father Dean Kentner; his stepfather Dick Clausen; and his grandparents, James, Bernice Borge, Melvin and Helen Burnett.
He is survived by: his mother Beverly Kentner-Clausen; his sister Kathy Fredrickson (Kris); his niece Claire Fredrickson; his close friend Denise Best; and his pet Watson. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins, Denise's five sisters, their spouses along with many other nieces and nephews.
