Rose Peitz Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 30, 2023, at the age of 84, Rose Peitz of Chanhassen, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Vos and Anna Vos (Roufs); her parents-in-law, Frank and Lena Peitz; and her siblings, Austin Vos, Evelyn Heiland, Mercel Vos, Thomas Vos O. F. M., John Vos and Nicholas Anthony Vos.
She is survived by: her siblings-in-law, Betty Vos, Thomas Heiland, LaVerne Vos, Agnes Vos, Marion Godwin, Leonard Peitz, Richard Peitz, Robert Farrell and Ray Steinhagen; her husband Raymond; her children, Christine Lundquist (Brian) of Fort Fairfield, ME, Kenneth Peitz (Lisa) of Chanhassen, David Peitz (Diane) of Rockford, Renee Squires (John) of Chanhassen, Joseph Peitz (Jessica) of Shakopee and Theresa Cutler (Isaac) of Chaska; her grandchildren, Erik, Grant Lundquist, Whitney Muehleisen (Colin), Kendra Peitz, Nicole Peitz, Lindy Tolsma (Dusty), Jonah, Levi, Lilly, Madie, Josie Peitz, Sabrina Peitz, Kaden, Kiara Squires, Keltie, Connor, Taylah, Joseph Jr. Peitz, Emma and Landon Cutler; her great grandchild Sage Tolsma; and her siblings-in-law, Ardis Peitz, Molly Steinhagen, Dolly, Jim Goetz, Charlotte Farrell and Pat Peitz. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
This led to the creation of the Cana Dinner and leading the planning committee for 30+ years until Covid.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to Rosie's family and then they will be given to Franciscan Catholic Parishes.
