He was predeceased by: his siblings, John, Kathy and Mary. He is survived by: his wife Amanda; his daughters, Autumn and Nevaeh; and his siblings, Ann Rakow (Dave), Karen Pellowski, Mark Pellowski (Debbie) and Luke Pellowski (Brenda). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, extended family and many friends.
