She was predeceased by: her parents, Johann (Maria Hauptmann) and Yugoslavia (Croatia); and her siblings, Anna Wincek (late Willi), Joseph (late Rosina), Johann (Magdelena), Michael (Katharina), Barbara Gantner (late John), Paul and Franz (Anna).
She is survived by: her husband Stephen; her daughter Deborah Besser (Michael); her granddaughters, Therese (Cedric), Micaela (David) and Kendra; her son Steve McAuley (Beth); her grandsons, Sean, Tony and Noah; and her brother Stefan (Susan). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
