She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Gunderson and Ella Marie Gunderson; her husband Alfred L. Kvant; and her siblings, Jean, Mildred, Hilda, Helen, Alice, George and Harris.
She is survived by: her children, Gerald Kvant of Chanhassen, MN and Mary Schaefer (Daniel) of Minot, ND; her grandchildren, Robert Schaefer (Katy), Marie Persson (Tyler), Michael Schaefer (Angella), Cory Kvant and Carson Kvant; and her great grandchildren, Hannah Schaefer, Emmie Schaefer, Matthew Schaefer, Iliana Persson, Elodie Persson, Marcella Schaefer, Jonathan Schaefer and Alice Schaefer.
