She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Kathleen Snyder. She is survived by: her father David Snyder; her former husband Christopher Lizak; her children, Matt, Callie and Michael; her husband Chris; and her siblings, Lisa Sawyer (Brent), Brad (Bridgette) and Blake (Lauren). She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
