He was predeceased by : his parents, Irwin Malakowsky and Pearl Malakowsky; and his wife Elaine. He is survived by : his sister Jean; and his children, MaryAnn Field (Brink), Steve Malakowsky, Mike Malakowsky (Kayla) and Teresa Chiareli (Toni). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
