It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Caroline Agatha Kraemer of Chanhassen, Minnesota, who passed away on January 1, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Borgerding and Bernadine Hoeschen Borgerding. She is survived by: her children, Mike Kraemer (Janet), Donna Crotteau (John) and Sandy Weigel (Kevin); her grandchildren, Ashley Swango (Ryan), Shaina Raile (Richard), Michael Crotteau (Jessica), Matthew Kraemer (Marjon), David Crotteau (Anne), Ryan Kraemer (Rachel), Andrew Weigel and Abby Weigel; and her sisters, Alice Sunderman and Arlene Fuchs. She is also survived by her 15 great grandchildren, many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the St. Hubert's Catholic Community (8201 Main St, Chanhassen, MN 55317). A Mass was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
