He is survived by: his wife Adrianne; his children, Gene De Kruif (Barb) of Denver, CO, Barbara Bootsma of Sioux Center, IA, Marla Pluim (Mark) of Sioux City, IA and Kimberly Wassink (Lance) of Sioux Falls, SD; his grandchildren, Kristi Atkinson (Jeff) of Omaha, NE, Shelli Van Maanen (Evan) of Doon, IA, Pam Rogers (Troy Clinefelter) of Aurora, CO, Eric De Kruif (Megan) of Denver, CO, Brad Bootsma of Sioux Center, IA, Danielle Postma (Michael) of Dubuque, IA, Scott De Kruif (Alondra) of Denver, CO, Matthew Pluim (Cassie) of Hutto, TX, Lindsey Gannon (Shawn) of Urbandale, IA, Taylor Pluim of Sioux City, IA, Ashton Wassink of Sioux Falls, SD, Harper Wassink of Sioux Falls, SD and Maisie Wassink of Sioux Falls, SD; and his sisters, Evelyn Runia of Marshall, MN and Faye De Kam (Arnold) of Springfield, MO.
