It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Wayne Herman (Champlin, Minnesota), who passed away on December 4, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Sally. He is survived by: his sons, Andy (Melissa) and Ben (Micki); and his grandchildren, Vayla, Trent, Landon, Callie and Carter. He is also survived by many relatives and good friends.

In lieu of flowers memorials will be accepted by the family for National MS Society.
