He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernie Forsberg and Pearl Forsberg; his sister Phyllis Terning; his brother-in-law Marlin Terning; his brother Dennis Forsberg; and his nephew Kevin Terning.

He is survived by: his sister Nancy Dennis; his friend Don Lundborg; his sister-in-law Sandra Bergen; his sister Nancy Severson (Rollie); and his sister-in-law Mary Forsberg. He is also survived by cousins and many nieces and nephews.
