He was predeceased by: his wife Eleanor. He is survived by: his children, Lloyd Everett Otto, Jackie Otto and Julie Otto; his grandchildren, Dale Thompson, Jamie Otto and Michael Smith; and his great grandchildren, Neveah Thompson, Michael Smith, Jr. and Madeline Smith.
