He was predeceased by: his wife LaRayne Clem; his parents, Charles Clem and Loretta Clem; and his siblings, Kay Babb and Wesley Clem.
He is survived by: his sister Charlene Atteberry (Keith); his sons, Howard (Pam), Lyle (Peggy), Larry (Shelly) and Gary (Laura); his grandchildren, Jena Wasche (Nick), Cody Clem (Cassie), Jhonessa Clem (Keith), Justin Clem, Heidi Spangler (Donald), Rachael Clem, Jamie Clem, Larkin Clem, Gage Clem and Jadyn Clem; and his great grandchildren, Gracie Clem, Maren Wasche, Brooke Wasche and Marie Spangler.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
