Lee is survived by: wife Vivian; and children, Charles (Joanna), Scott (Linda), Michael (Kelly) and Kari (Joe). Lee is also survived by six grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and 5 step-great-grandchildren.
