Jeffrey touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his mother Gail Perkins; and his grandmothers, Evelyn and L'Amie. He is survived by: his wife Cindi Perkins; his children, LaChele Roberson (Jamie), Jena Revering and Ben Revering (Courtney); his grandchildren, Zachery, Nicholas, Madison, Joseph and Adaline; his father Wayne Perkins (Leslie); and his brothers, Jon Perkins (MaryBeth) and Jim Perkins (Jesse). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
