He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Koolmo and Lolita Koolmo. He is survived by: his wife Roxanne; his children, Graham Koolmo (Camille) and Gwen Granquist (Jason); his brothers, Ron and Ken Koolmo (Karen); and his grandchildren, Bella, Mija and Stella. He is also survived by many other relatives and special friends.

Memorials preferred to the Animal Humane Society, Golden Valley and the Parkinson's Foundation.
