Fedorchak of Champlin, Minnesota, born in Gary, Indiana, who passed away on April 13, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stephen and Mildred; his brother Robert; his wife Nancy; and his children, Cheryl, Stephen, Susan and Andrew.
