Heins of Champlin, Minnesota, born in Rochester, Minnesota, who passed away on July 28, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Howard Heins. He is survived by: his mother Marian Heins (Fitzpatrick) of Rochester; his wife Rosemary Koziolek; his son Jeffrey (Heather Campbell); and his siblings, Marie Brom (Dennis) of Castle Rock, CO, Tim Heins and Carol Pyfferoen (Pete).
