It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Walter Hansen of Ceylon, Minnesota, born in Fairmont, Minnesota, who passed away on August 19, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hans Hansen and Marian Hansen (Faber); and his brother Allen Hansen. He is survived by: his friend Mary Schmidtke; his significant other Mary Schmidtke; his children, Lance, Bret, Sheila, Robert, Gregory and Kathy; his grandchildren, Larissa, Hunter, Elizabeth and Keegan; his brother Thomas Hansen; his niece Karley; and his nephews, Dutch, Ian, Jack, Jess and Ronnell. He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
