It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen Lee Babcock of Ceylon, Minnesota, born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on April 8, 2024, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, William Francis and Elaine Marie Babcock (Haffi); his wife Sandra Babcock; his daughters, Tracie Bass, Kayla Niles, Crystal Lynn Newbury and Kathleen Rose Newbury; his grandson Shawn Allen Newbury; and his extended family, Tiffany Marie Bass and Adam Joe Werner.
