It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eileen Phyllis Christensen of Ceylon, Minnesota, who passed away on January 1, 2021, at the age of 104, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Knuth and Martha Knuth; her husband Robert Christensen (Bob); her brother Lorn Knuth; her sister-in-law Delores; her brother Lyle Knuth; her sister-in-law Stella; and her great grandchild A. J. Dummer.
She is survived by: her children, Darrell Christensen (Mary) of Omaha, NE and Nikki Dummer (David) of Chanhassen, MN; her grandchildren, Andrea (David Allen) of Chaska, MN, Scott Dummer (Brenda) of Pleasant Hill, MO, Joanna Christensen of San Antonio, TX and Erica Christensen of Burbank, CA; and her great grandchildren, Tyler, Nicholas Allen, Carson and Kathryn Dummer.
She was active until the last few years when she was confined to a wheelchair. And then, of course, the pandemic came.
