He is survived by: his wife Michelle; his children, Alyson, Rachel and Logan; his granddaughters, Melissa and Katherine; his parents, Madalene and Herb; and his siblings, Michelle, Anthony (Kandice) and Sarah (Beth). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other family members and friends.
