He was predeceased by: his parents, DeForest Stewart and Viola Stewart; his siblings, Harold and DeForest Jr.; his granddaughter Christin Birkholz (Bell); and his grandson-in-law Damien Schaub.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita; his children, Warren, Linda Johnson (Rod) and LouAnn Bell (Steve); his grandchildren, Jennifer McDonough (Barry), Janette Liddle (Kerry), Robert Johnson and Cassandra Schaub; his grandson-in-law Tim Birkholz; and his great grandchildren, Shelby, Cody, Austin (Mackenzie), Kayli, Chloe, Ellie, Maddie, Aiden, Jaxson, Bailey, Landon and Mason.
