He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Hutter and Emelyn Hutter. He is survived by: his wife Mary Saugstad; his children, Connie Morris (Brian) of Duluth, MN, Cyndi Froehlich (Glen) of Polson, MT, Brett Hutter of Plymouth, MN, Shannon Dahlberg (Mike) of Moorhead and Kathryn Froehlich (John) of Litchfield Park, AZ; his grandchildren, Anthony, Ciara, Amanda, Cody, Sean, Abby, Andrew, Lauren and Olivia; and his brother Harry Hutter of Fargo, ND.

Whether permitting, the service will be held outdoors.In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Wounded Warrior Project in Bill's memory.
