She was predeceased by: her father Harold Annette; her brother Timothy Annette; and her stepfather Jerry Roy. She is survived by: her mother Joyce Annette (Skadsheim); her children, David Joshua Martineau and Tawni Annette-Vodnik (Rob); her nephews, Ricky Smith and Elijah Annette; her grandchildren, Lilliana, Ciera, Isaiah, Evelyn and Tucker; and her siblings, Carol Smith, Harold Annette, Emily Annette, Michael Annette, Russell Gray, Lori Gamache, Anthony Annette, John Annette, William Annette and Sara Annette. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
