She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Delores Butcher-Beaulieu and Joseph Lincoln; her husband Kenneth Joseph Smith; her daughter Brenda; her grandparents, Elizabeth Aitken LaJeunesse and Arthur Butcher; her siblings, Curtis, Bonnie, Iva and Robert; her granddaughter Jaime; her children, Bonnie Beaulieu (Joe) of Cass Lake, Beverly Beaulieu of Cass Lake, Robert Beaulieu of Bemidji, Kenneth Smith, Sr. of Cass Lake and Dallas Smith of Cass Lake; and her siblings, Diana Fisherman and Jim Day. She was also cherished by 16 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and other relatives.

Margaret's family requests that if you are not feeling well to please stay home and if you are planning to attend services to please follow all the COVID related safety precautions and to also wear a mask.
