He was predeceased by: his brothers, John, Roger, Charles, Dennis and Wellington.
He is survived by: his brothers, Francis Harper (Julie) and Colin "Corky" Harper (Janice) of Newport, MN. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A wake was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Veteran's Memorial Building (16599 69th Ave NW, Cass Lake, MN 56633). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
