It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dawna Jones (Cass Lake, Minnesota), born in Bemidji, Minnesota, who passed away on July 14, 2019, at the age of 29, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Robert Brown and Veronica Jones; her brothers, Pete, Jesse and Cory Jones; her grandparents, Rose LaRose and Mervel Jones, Sr.; her aunts, Carol Jones and Sandra Woodward; her uncle Mervel Jones, Jr.; her daughter Kyah Oakgrove; her siblings, Roxanne Jones (Chris) of Cass Lake, Dwight Jones (Cassie) of Bemidji, Robert of Cass Lake and John Jones of Cass Lake; and the father of her child Jeff Oakgrove. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunties, uncles, cousins and friends.
