He is survived by: his former wife Peggy Bakken; his close friend Peggy; his children, LuAnn Caskey (Robert), Roxanne "Rocky" White (Jeff) and Charles Schmitz (Rachel); his grandchildren, Vicki Zbikowski (John), Adam Caskey (Robyn), Kyle Caskey (Carolyn), Nicole Jarve (Denny Staton), Crystal Loree (Travis), Travis Jarve, Dylan, Jaycob, Cody and Caitlin; his great grandchildren, Stella, Evan Zbikowski, Ingrid Loree and Henry; his siblings, Barbara Kohout (Roman), Bernadine Johnson, Bill Schmitz, Mary Scanlon (John), Cathy Klehr, Rose Acklie (Gene) and Arlene Rosckes (Jim); and his sister-in-law Gerry Schmitz.
