He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stephen Kulics and Gladys Kulics; his children, Kevin Kulics (Dana), Kristen Burma (Aric) and Seth Kulics (Lindsey); his grandchildren, Landon Kulics, Mason Kulics, Jagger Kulics, Zachary Burma, Preston Kulics and Reese Kulics; his sisters-in-law, Jane Kulics and Lynn Kolarik (George); and his brother Dan Kulics. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
Memorials are preferred and will be distributed in Dave's memory to Bags of Smiles, a 501c non-profit organization.
