He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Klimek and Magdeline Klimek (Marsolek); his siblings, Alvina Yetzer, Eleanor VanBergen and Anthony Klimek; his son Jason Klimek; and his grandson Tyler Hedtke.
He is survived by: his wife Eileen (Renner); his daughter Denise Hedtke (Todd); his granddaughter Jolene Hedtke (Michael Lane, Jr.); his great grandchild Harrison Lane; and his sisters, Lillian "Lil" Matvick, Mildred "Mid" Renner (Marty Sackett) and Mary "Toots" Scheibel. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Carver Village Hall (316 Broadway St, Carver, MN 55315).
