It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Vernon Schultz of Carlton, Minnesota, born in Barnum, Minnesota, who passed away on March 2, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Schultz and Ethel Schultz; his wife Peggy Jones; his sister Georgina Miller; and his brothers-in-law, Glenn Miller and Eugene Parenteau.
He is survived by: his children, Barbara Johnson (Thomas) of Milwaukee, WI and Michael Schultz (Mary) of Carlton; his grandchildren, Rebecca Schultz Lancaster, Aaron Johnson, Anthony Schultz and Andrew Schultz; and his sisters, Charlene Parenteau and Virginia Engle (Mary Baxley). He is also survived by four great grandchildren.

He received the Melvin Jones Fellow award from Lions Club International Foundation in 2001.
