He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Bush and Ethel Bush; his wife Lucille Anderson; and his siblings, June Trumbower, Blaine Bush and Clarence Bush.
He is survived by: his children, Peggy Ohlrogge (Paul) of Cloquet, Barbara Habhegger (Dean) of Edisto Island, SC, Jeanne Kruchowski (Michael) of Cloquet and Jeffrey Bush (Sharon) of Minneapolis; and his grandchildren, Rachel Ohlrogge (Devin Sewell), Leah Fritsche (David), Seth Habhegger (Beth), Jared, Janella, John Kruchowski, Cassia Bush (Rance Ready) and Demetri Bush. He is also survived by five great grandsons.
