Gregory Paul Elstad Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Martin and Berenice Olive Elstad (Loftness); his nephew Josh Lamken; and his stepdaughter Christie Lund. He is survived by: his wife Lola Elstad of Carlton; his stepsons, Len Lund (Jody Greniger) of Cloquet and Jerry Lund of Cloquet; his stepgrandchildren, Amber Kadlec (Spencer), Haley Egge (Drake), Davin Lund, Derek Lund and Elise Lund; his sisters, Marilyn Jaeger (Dick) of Savoy, IL and Reeni Knudson (Jack) of Prescott, AZ; his nieces and nephews, Kelly Knudson LaFave, Ted Knudson, Jonathan Vold, Daniel Lamken and Anneliese Potter; and also, Ava, Mila Kadlec, Jaela and Zion Egge.
After retirement in 2000, he settled in Carlton, MN where he spent most of his time nurturing a tree farm, which he has donated to the U of M.
