She was predeceased by: her parents, Berger Jacobson and Cecelia Jacobson (Winkler); her husband John; and her siblings, Frank Jacobson and Marion "Honey" Carlson.
She is survived by: her children, Bruce Christensen (Debbie), Candy Christensen, Tricia Swanson (Joel), Katharine DeShaw (Mark McConnell), Chuck DeShaw (Stephanie), Tony DeShaw (Debbie) and Max DeShaw (Barb); and her sister Dorothy Ruhnke (Harold). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
