He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Kruger and Clara Kruger (Frederiksen); his wife Harriet Youngbauer; his son Walter; his great grandchild Michael Fox; and his sister Kathy Atkins.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Fox, David (Patty), Keith (Shelly), Ken (Deb) and Kyle Kruger (Angie); his grandchildren, Jason, Heather, Jessica (Bob), Tiger, Steve (Ann-Sofie), Dan (Cara), Kristina (Aaron), Brittany (Ben), Michael, Katelin (Anthony), Karley (Joey) and Kelly; his great grandchildren, Carter, Jasmine, Jackie, Juli, Taylor, McKenzie, Averie, Amelia, Anna, Kayden, Kallen, Kamden, Wyatt, Carson, Hunter, Riley and Savannah; his great great grandchildren, Ocean and Addison; and his niece Sharon Linford.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Nelson Funeral Care (1004 Cloquet Ave, Cloquet, MN 55720). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
