With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ervin Hoppe of Carlos, Minnesota, who passed away on March 17, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Hoppe and Emily Hoppe (Martin); his sons, Craig and Terry; and his sisters, Irene Wachtler and Adeline Roepke.

He is survived by: his wife Jeanette "Nettie" Langhorst; his children, Kevin Hoppe (Pam) and Pamela Perry (Lloyd) of Alexandria; his daughter-in-law Carolyn Hoppe of Carlos; his siblings, Harold Hoppe (Verna) of North Branch, Ronnie Hoppe of Winthrop, Gloria Christenson (Roger) of St. Louis Park and Diane Ruschmeyer (Lloyd) of Gibbon; his grandchildren, Mia Wunderlich (Shawn), Jessica Songetay (Edwin), Darren Perry (Tina), Rachel Jordan (Ebon), Erin Lambert (Sean), Kerrie Hoppe (Ammanuel), Ian Hoppe (Grace) and Kailey Hoppe; and his great grandchildren, Alexandra Wilde (Joshua), Tyree Kelly, Tremone Jordan, NaLayah Jordan, Nolan Lambert, McKenna Lambert, Allison Hoppe, Aubrey Hoppe, Gillian Perry, Kolton Perry, Gavan Wunderlich and Devon Wunderlich. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
