He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Agnes Harrington and Joseph Harrington; his former wife Mary Jane Geistkemper; his children, Patrick, Brian, Douglas, Robyn and Curt; his grandsons, William and Benjamin; his spouse Beverley Heath of Rochester, MN; his son Daniel (Josh); his stepgranddaughters, Brittni of Jade, KC and Tommi; and his siblings, William (Carol), Leonard (Janet), JoAnn Carey (Richard), Sharon Puls-Curttright, Terry (Cindy), Edward (Kay) and Phillip (Janice). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials to the family are preferred in lieu of flowers.
