He is survived by: his children, Tricia Schaffer, Jackie Schaffer, Ashley Schaffer and Adam Schaffer; his grandchildren, Tristen Morgan, Brooklyn Schaffer and Edward Matz; and his siblings, Paul Schaffer (Pat) and Lynne Trevis (Tom). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
