He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Johnson and Leona Johnson (Hartliep); his spouse Delores Nelsen; and his siblings, Ken Johnson and June Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Jay Johnson (Anita), Randy Johnson (Tricia), Steve Johnson (Angie) and Lisa Klomps (Chris); and his siblings, Jim Johnson, Ginny Pratt and Arda Nelsen (Lee). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
