He is survived by: his spouses, Elizabeth Gustafson and Gloria; his sons, Michael Blakeslee (Janae) of Cannon Falls, MN and Daniel Blakeslee (Terese) of Greenville, WI; his daughter-in-law Connie Blakeslee-Berg of Roseau, MN; his sister Mary Ann Blakeslee of St. Charles, MN.; his grandchildren, Stephanie Howard (Roger), Ben Blakeslee (Sarah), Allison Blakeslee, Heather Sands (Ryan), Tom Blakeslee (Raafia), Megan Cahak (Jacob), Kyle Blakeslee, Jordan Blakeslee and Hunter Blakeslee; and his great grandchildren, Wesley Howard, Emma Blakeslee, Adam Blakeslee, Blake Sands, Lauren Sands, Aydin Blakeslee, Gretchen Cahak and Cameron Cahak.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Cardiac or Nephrology Department at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.
