He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldridge Banks and Doris Banks (Rapp); his siblings, Judy Ryan (Eugene), Kerry, Timothy, Sylvia Banks and Kay Tolvay; his siblings-in-law, Evelyn Schroeder (John), Robert Wilderman and Shirzad Aghazadeh; and his parents-in-law, Robert and Bessy Westberg.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Westberg; his children, Kerry Banks (Dawn), Candice Stevens (McLanahan) and Mitchell Banks (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Isaac, Marcus, Dylan Banks, John, Ethan Stevens, Delanie and Jackson Roland; and his siblings, Mary Banitt, Larry Banks (Susan), DuWayne Banks, Craig Banks, Kevin Banks, Karen Millar (Troy) and Shayla Anfinson (Brian). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Masks and social distancing will be required at both.
