He is survived by: his children, Kathy Proctor (Chester) of Oronoco, Tami Vreeman (Ivan) of Harmony, Karen Meyer (Lowell) of Chatfield and Mark Bailey (Crystal) of Raleigh, SC; his grandchildren, Cindy Wright (Steve), Rob Proctor (Stacy), Cally Proctor (Nathaniel Kautz), Mikel Proctor, Linda Holmes (John), Corey Vreeman, Seth Vreeman (Kristi), Brit Vreeman (Amy), Ryan Wuertz (Dan), James Meyer (Dawn) and Dakota Bailey; his brother David Bailey (Shirley) of Rochester; and his brother-in-law Jim LaFavor of Green Valley, AZ.. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
