It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Muriel Cherwinka of Cannon Falls, Minnesota, who passed away on November 26, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward H. Hansen and Gena B. Hansen (Magnuson); her husband James G. Cherwinka; her son Steven; and her parents-in-law, Charlton and Dorothy Cherwinka.
She is survived by: her children, Kristine Sande (Christopher) of Cannon Falls, Brian Cherwinka (Dawn) of Faribault, Gretchen Thomson (Hugh "Skip") of Sandstone and Marcus Cherwinka (LuAnne "Bits") of Plymouth; her grandchildren, Alex Cherwinka (Sophie), Keith Sande (Christa Bultman), Rachel Sande (Oliver Castro), Kayla Ellefson (Tim), Hunter Sande, Brittany Sisk (Zack), Ashlee Hering (Trent), Kelsey Cherwinka (Ben Larson), Claire and Nathan Cherwinka; her great grandchildren, Chase, McKenzie Hering and Viviauna Sisk; her sister-in-law Sandra Herzog; her nephews, Judd and Sean Herzog; and her great-niece Riley Malak of Wausau, WI. She is also survived by several cousins and many friends.
