Though Marlys may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gene Taxdahl and Margaret Taxdahl (Sorum) of Cannon Falls, Minnesota.; her husband Roger Stevens; and her nephew Darren Anderson. She is survived by: her siblings, Donna Anderson (Dean) of Cannon Falls, MN and Gary Taxdahl (Diane) of Turtle Lake, WI.. She is also survived by Many nieces and nephews, grand nieces and nephews, and great-grand nieces and nephew.
Memorials may be given to the Lutheran Braille Evangelism Association, Seeing Eye Incorporated, or the Helping Hands ministry of Wangen Prairie Lutheran Church.
