He was predeceased by: his father Peter Ehlers; his stepfather John Diepenbrock; and his uncle Steve Nemitz. He is survived by: his significant other Kathy; his son Peter of Tucson, AZ; his mother Sandra Diepenbrock (Nemitz) of Worthington; and his brother Bruce Ehlers (Sandee Lorentz) of Roseville. He is also survived by sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
