It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jon Wersal (Cannon Falls, Minnesota), born in Mankato, Minnesota, who passed away on February 8, 2020, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Earl, Tootie Campbell, Donald Wersal, Sr. and Jerome Kopp; his uncle Gary Wersal; and his close friend Mikey Riley.
He is survived by: his parents, Don Wersal and Chris Wersal (Campbell) of Cleveland; his former spouse Daitra Kominek; his wife Johnna VanBoxel; his children, Kylie of Cannon Falls, Bennett of Cannon Falls, Judd of Cannon Falls, Lexie of Cannon Falls and Eastin of Cannon Falls; his brother Ryan (Rachel); his daughter Hannah of Crystal; his brother Jeff (Crystal); his nephews, Max and Jake of Lake Crystal; his grandmother Agnes Kopp of No; his parents-in-law, Lisa VanBoxel of Cannon Falls and Randy VanBoxel of Stockholm, WI; and his brother-in-law Joey VanBoxel of Cannon Falls. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the family.
