He is survived by: his children, David Miller of Wheatland, WY, Dallas Miller (Lisa) of Cannon Falls, Lisa Ayers of Libertyville, IL, Marsha Bopp of Bismarck, ND and Renae Engel (Stephen) of Wauwatosa, WI; his sisters, Grace Nelson, Irene Berg, Lois Watson (Meryl) and Elaine Myers; and his parents-in-law, Nancy Koosmann, Henry Koosmann (June) and Walter Koosman (Phyllis). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
